Hello everybody. I’m starting up this blog to help those of you who want to learn about blogging and blogs in general. How they work, how you make one, and how you potentially can make money off of it. Some people, “professional bloggers”, actually make a living by writing blogs.

Sure, there are “jobs” out there that pay you to write a blog, say for instance you might be working for a company that keeps an active blog, your job could be just updating that. But you could also write a blog in your spare time.

Some people, such as this guy, Zach Brooks, actually make quite a bit of money by writing a blog in his spare time. I’m sure the press he’s gotten from this news story for his blog, midtown lunch, hasn’t hurt him lately either.
